March 17, 2010 — Periphery has posted another new track from their self-titled debut set to be released on April 20th, 2010 - you can now pre-order along with a t-shirt from MyMerchTable.
"The Walk" is now available for streaming on their Myspace page. "The Walk is a very special song for us, apart from being one of the oldest ones it is also one of the heaviest ones we have to offer, and we love playing it live and wanted to share the album version with all the fans so they could enjoy it as well!" says guitar player - Misha "Bulb" Mansoor
Earlier this month the guys travelled to Boston to film a new video with Killswitch Productions and directors Mike Pecci and Ian McFarland (Fear Factory, Meshuggah, etc) before setting out on the road with Kittie and God Forbid.
"Wait until you see this video. Loaded with epic shots, heroic stances, and awesome band performances, I will say that it is Ian's and my most abstract piece to date! Working with the guys from Periphery was a blast!" - Mike Pecci.
Currently in Canada, the band just performed at Canadian Music Week with Comeback Kid and Dead And Divine at the Distort showcase. Periphery will soon be linking up with Fear Factory, Winds of Plague, and Dirge within for a tour across the bottom half of the US.
